Re: RFP for TBBA 2014 Spring Parade of Homes™ Print Media Partner 

To ensure a successful 2014 Spring Parade of Homes the TBBA’s Parade Committee is seeking proposals for a Print Media Partner to design and produce the Parade of Homes Guidebook, print advertising, web marketing, press releases, and any other type of marketing or media. 

As a member driven organization who supports members doing business with members, all proposals must be made by members companies in order to be considered. If you are not currently a member of the TBBA, please contact our office for more information on how to join.

Guidebook
The plan for this partnership is to produce the TBBA Spring Parade of Homes™ Guidebook for insertion into the paper and rack distribution.  However we are seeking more than just an insertion piece. TBBA is interested in any creative, “out of the box” marketing ideas that will make the promotion more effective and economical. The RFP package should include an upgraded listing for the Showcase Home.

Opportunities for Print Media Partner
The Print Media Partner will be recognized as the official Print Media Sponsor for the 2014 Parade of Homes.  This sponsorship is an in-kind sponsorship during the duration of the Parade of Homes and the Awards Banquet. Additionally the Print Media Partner will receive a quarter page spot in the TBBA Barometer during March and April, as the official Parade of Homes Media Partner. Additionally the media partner would receive a Preferred Listing on the TBBA Member Directory, giving the contact and company large ad space at the top of the list.

In order to develop a generous partnership package, the proposal should include the amount or value of partnership (sponsorship) dollars being donated to the association. We welcome ideas of what TBBA could offer your company as part of the partnership package.  We may also provide you with an extra opportunity to market your business to our membership. Please outline any requests for marketing assistance in your proposal.    

Data
TBBA will collect the entries and distribute all images and copy needed to produce the entries. Additionally we are exploring the use of radio advertising this year. The print media partner will need collaborate with the Parade committee, TBBA, possibly radio, and other parties involved in the Parade.

Please send your written proposal to the Association by 5:00 p.m., Friday, October 4, 2013. A selection committee will review the proposals and may request a formal presentation soon after submittal.
