To ensure a successful 2014 Spring
Parade of Homes™ the TBBA’s
Parade Committee is seeking proposals for a Radio Partner to provide unique and
discounted radio advertising packages for the Parade of Homes entries.
Additionally the TBBA would receive general Parade of Homes radio advertising
at no additional cost to the association. The 2014 Parade of Homes will also be
promoted on the selected radio partner’s website.
As a member driven
organization who supports members doing business with members, all proposals
must be made by members companies in order to be considered. If you are not
currently a member of the TBBA, please contact our office for more information
on how to join.
Advertising
and On-Site Coverage
The plan for this partnership is to produce the TBBA Spring Parade of Homes™ Radio Adverting includes Parade coverage the week before, and during the Parade of Homes at no cost to TBBA. Unique and discounted packages should be created and offered to the builders to receive additional coverage for their specific homes. One of packages should include on-site coverage. The Radio Partner will promote the 2014 Parade of Homes on their website. TBBA is interested in any creative, “out of the box” marketing ideas that will make the promotion more effective and economical.

The Radio Partner will be recognized as the official Radio Sponsor for the 2014 Parade of Homes. This sponsorship is an in-kind sponsorship during the duration of the Parade of Homes™ and the Awards Banquet. Additionally the Radio Partner will receive a quarter page spot in the TBBA Barometer during March and April, as the official Parade of Homes™ Radio Partner. Additionally the Radio Partner would receive a Preferred Listing on the TBBA Member Directory, giving the contact and company large ad space at the top of the list.
The Radio Partner will be recognized as the official Radio Sponsor for the 2014 Parade of Homes. In order to develop a generous partnership package, the proposal should include the
amount or value of partnership (sponsorship) dollars being donated to the association.
We welcome ideas of what TBBA could offer your company as part of the
partnership package. We may also provide
you with an extra opportunity to market your business to our membership. Please
outline any requests for marketing assistance in your proposal.
Data
TBBA will collect the entries and distribute all images and copy needed to produce the entries. The Radio Partner will need to collaborate with the Parade committee, TBBA, print media partner, and other parties involved in the Parade. We may require the Radio Partner to attend some Parade Committee Meetings.

Please send your written
proposal to the Association by 5:00
p.m., October 14, 2013. A selection committee will review the proposals and may request a formal presentation soon after.
