To ensure a successful 2014 Spring Parade of Homes the TBBA is seeking proposals for the partnership of a company who can design and implement the 2014 Parade of Homes Website. 

As a member driven organization who supports members doing business with members, all proposals must be made by members companies in order to be considered. If you are not currently a member of the TBBA, please contact our office for more information on how to join.

Opportunities for Website Partner
We understand there are tremendous financial resources that would be dedicated to this project, so please include compensation and costs associated with development and implementation of this site in your proposal. As always, this partnership can be recognized as the Website Sponsor for the 2014 Parade of Homes.  In order to develop a generous partnership package, the proposal should include the amount or value of partnership (sponsorship) dollars if being donated to the association. Any cost for hosting the website on a server for one year should be included in the quote. The hosting server will need to be a secure server. The website partner will need to submit the name of the hosting server along the security protocol. We welcome ideas of what TBBA could offer your company as part of a sponsorship package.  We may also provide you with an extra opportunity to market your business to our membership. Please outline any requests for marketing assistance in your proposal.    

Website Design Specifications
The Website Partner will develop a Parade of Homes website with expected launch at the beginning of April, the start of the Parade. The site should be clearly identified as the TBBA 2014 Parade of Homes. The website shall:

-          Have the ability to search and filter by price, builder, ZIP, city, square feet, neighborhood, possibly additional measures

-          Include links to the Facebook Parade of Homes event page and any other social media

-          Include current pages already on the website including Welcome, Showcase, Search, Lifestyle and Contact.

-          Contain a page with Parade related event or activity listings. An additional page for each event will be created as needed.

-          Contain a map with all homes AND each home listing shall be clickable, linking to a map

-          Include locations for Parade sponsor logos

The website partner shall have an assigned staff member to make reasonable updates or maintenance during the duration of the Parade. At the end of the parade, final changes and award listings may be posted on the site.

SEO should be taken into consideration in the development of the page. Google Analytics code will be placed by the website partner into the Parade site before going live.

In addition to the requirements above, it is strongly preferred if the website is mobile friendly as it will be a tool for the public to visit homes during the Parade.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate project management, effective and efficient communication and ability to share resources via Dropbox. The website partner will need to communicate with TBBA staff and attend Parade committee meetings either in person or via phone conference to discuss development and changes.

Data for the Parade of Homes website, including pictures and copy, will be provided to the website partner by the TBBA and Parade of Homes committee.

Please send your written proposal to the Association by 10:00 AM on Monday, January 6, 2014. A selection committee will review the proposals. Candidates may be asked to present a formal presentation.
